Yes, anything goes in Hawaii.
If Obama got a genuine abstract, short form Birth Certificate from Hawaii,
it would show asterisk after asterisk after asterisk *.
It would show numerous late, altered, amendments to a record that was placed their by witness or witnesses.
Under HI law that I posted above, Obama could be a witness to his own birth. LoL.
