What you claim and the words on Onaka's correspondence are much at odds.
If you look at the image of the 'verification' that has been posted, it clearly shows the initials of the person who stamped Onaka's name to the document.
An so long as Onaka authorized that person to sign and send the letter under his name, the law treats it as his act. It's call the "law of agency." I've not seen anything where Onaka has disavowed the three state verifications as being unauthorized. Have you?
Also, I'm still waiting for an reply to the post (#195) that clearly shows elements of the BC file released by the WH were copied and pasted from other elements on the file.
I already showed you where Ivan Zatkovich (who has bona fide credentials in this area) indicates that such doesn't not prove elements were added to the document. Unless you wish to establish your superior credentials in this matter, I'm going with him as the more credible witness.
