No, Ray, in fact as to eligibility "Was B.H.O.II born in Hawaii?" is the entirely of the question. He either was or he wasn't. There's nothing "partial" about it.

But do tell if you disagree: what else needs to be asked?

That's one reason perhaps why Onaka used the words "matches the information" rather than "true and complete copy" as the Hawaiian original contains medical or other information that can't and wasn't released with the White House version.

Really, do try to keep up.

But as to that critical question Onaka's verification "A birth certificate is on file with the Department of Health indicating that Barack Hussein Obama, II was born in Honolulu, Hawaii" is complete.
