Red Dragon was really good, he was also in Mission Impossible 3 and Catching Fire.
Not sure if this is going to effect Mockingjay as I’m not sure what if any part he was going to play in it.

You missed a few:

2006 Mission: Impossible III
2007 Before the Devil Knows You're Dead
2007 The Savages
2007 Charlie Wilson's War
2008 Synecdoche, New York
2008 Doubt
2009 Mary and Max
2009 The Boat That Rocked
2009 The Invention of Lying
2009 Arthur
2010 Jack Goes Boating
2011 Moneyball
2011 The Ides of March
2012 The Master
2012 A Late Quartet
2013 The Hunger Games: Catching Fire
2014 A Most Wanted Man
2014 God's Pocket
2014 The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1
2015 The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2

I've seen about 9 of them. He was most memorable to me in Almost Famous and Charlie Wilson's War, which was a fantastic performance, even though he was second banana to Tom Hanks. It's a mark of a good character actor that he can appear in some otherwise riveting films and you don't remember him in particular; but a look at his Wikipedia page shows how many awards he won.

Missing Charlie Wilson's War from the list - he was one of those actors who would sneak up on you - you'd see him in a half dozen films and not pay much attention, then he'd have a break out role like Capote and you'd suddenly recall all the times you saw him before......
