I'm sure that's true. But, Knox's change in alibis, especially her story that her boss (later determined to be innocent) committed the crime, sure make her look guilty.
Have you even bothered to look at Rudy Guede's alibis???
And his DNA is all over the crime scene but not Knox's.
And he has already been convicted of the murder.
How come she didn't point to Rudy as the murderer if she was there with him at the time as prosecutors allege???
I don't find Knox's identification of Patrick Lumumba as the killer to be exceptionally damaging. Knox had been interrogated by the police for 36 hours straight at the point she named Lumumba. I find Knox's story that the identification of Lumumba was coerced by the police believable.
To me, the more damaging story was the initial story that she spent the entire night (for the first time) at her boyfriend's place. That story was disproved by phone and text records and her boyfriend's testimony upon his own interrogation by the police.
I had come to the conclusion she is innocent (based on what I read) however those who think she is guilty also have a compelling case..so I am not so sure
Its a war of words at this point
I have heard Mark Fuhrman thinks she is guilty but i cannot find anything in print with a direct quote,
...I respect Fuhrman’s opinion
Does anyone know what he has said about the case?
We don't know if Knox and her boyfriend are innocent or guilty, too. But, as stated above, Knox's changing of her alibi does not make her appear innocent.
How come she didn't point to Rudy as the murderer if she was there with him at the time as prosecutors allege???
Well, IF she's guilty, maybe she didn't want to implicate the real killer because then she'd implicate herself...?
Why are you so sure that she's innocent?
Yes, exactly, maybe changing her alibi once can be explained by stress, pressure, trauma, etc. But, more than once makes her look like a liar.
I can't tell you any more than that.
Because ALL of the forensic evidence points to Rudy as the murderer and NONE of it points to Knox or Solecito despite the prosecution’s best efforts to try to forge some of it.
No, one doesn’t have to be conservative to be a hero to some conservatives. A victim of the right kind will do. Like widdle Amanda.
thanks
well..... she looks good on paper
Have you read the story of her interrogation??? Perhaps you should —
http://www.injusticeinperugia.org/TheInterrogation.html
I know the website you linked says that - and the website is an excellent source of information - but some of the information at the website is directly contradicted by the statements made by experts in the 400-page December 4-5, 2009, Sentence of the Court of Assizes of Perugia, available as a .pdf download from www.perugiamurderfile.org.
I don't know why there are inconsistencies between sites.
In the Sentence of the Court, an expert that Kercher's DNA was found on the blade of the kitchen knife found in Knox's boyfriend's apartment, with Knox's DNA on the handle. This is the same expert who identifies Guede's DNA on Kercher, on the bloody fingerprints, and elsewhere in Kercher's apartment.
The testimony about Kercher's DNA on the blade is directly contradictory to what I've read on so many pro-Knox websites and in so many pro-Knox stories.
The same expert identifies Knox's blood in the bathroom in which Kercher was assaulted. She identifies Sollecitor's DNA - and not Guede's DNA - on the bra clasp that was cut from Kercher's bra during the attack.
The clasp was found under the pillow placed under Kercher to facilitate the sexual assault after Kercher had been stabbed.
The issue we've wondered about - whether Kercher was, in fact, sexually assaulted - is addressed. Kercher showed signs of recent sexual activity and brusing and other injuries indicating she had been assaulted.
There's more about Knox's and Sollecito's DNA in the sentencing report.
All I can say is that some of the definitive statements in the website you linked are not supported by expert testimony in the Sentence of the Court.
I don't know what to think when one website that appears to be so professional, logical, and detailed contradicts experts in the Sentence of the Court.
Well part of what you do here is to throw out stuff that is debatable and disputable and subjective and arguable and go with that which both parties can agree upon and go with that.
And one of those is that Rudy’s DNA, which should not have been anywhere near the place, was all over the crime scene.
Start there and see where it gets you.
Are you Amanda’s Uncle Chip?
Keep trying until they get a conviction. How wonderful of a system they have.
No and I was not George Zimmerman’s either.
And who are you in all of this???
The Project Justic experts supporting Knox say the match may simply be because of contamination.
Its not that difficult to be in the wrong place at the wrong time, it happened to me once. Until it happens to you/anybody, its hard to convince authorities otherwise.
In my case it worked out, but could have easily gone the other way. Police get it in their head that you are the guy, doesn`t matter what you say.
In my case they just said sign here, had no idea what was written, just needed to get out of there
Now we are talking Italy, completely different ball game
I am whole heart idly convinced of her innocence.
If I was President of The USA, I would today address the press that as long as I was President, Amanda Knox has nothing to worry about, I would also make it known to Italian authorities that I was very unhappy with their 3rd world system
Possibly.
Bear in mind the apartment was also Amanda's, and Rudy was a friend of Amanda's. Amanda knew Rudy before she knew Raffaele Sollecito.
I don't know whether Rudy Guede had ever been in the apartment before.
