Here's a new clip. It is new tribes rather than a merge.

It appears from the clip that the Brains tribe stays together in the new tribe.

From the clip it looks like the new tribes are:

Orange: Kass-Spencer-Tasha-Jeremiah-Alexass-Morgan-Sarah.

Purple: Cliff-Lindsey-Tony-Woo-Trish-LJ-Jeffra.

Tony and Sarah are split up and so is the Beauty tribe but with Brawn and Brain still pretty much together.

I would say advantage to Purple with Morgan or Alexas on the chopping block from the Orange tribe.
