During a post-game sideline interview with Fox Sports Erin Andrews, Seattle Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman went off on San Francisco 49ers receiver Michael Crabtree while giving himself some high praise:
Video at Link.
Was it good to do..no...he should have waited or taken a second to calm down.
I can see that I suppose. After re-thinking it a bit, it was pretty close to the end of the game. I would give a little more if he hadn't gone after crab tree or started the choking antics that drew the flag at the end. Still, he flag should have embarrassed him into control. They also had to run over a minute off the clock. He has some time to wind down.
Uh I think you’re. confused there sport.
Heh, heh, heh...
After the way John Elway trashed and treated Tim Tebow. I hope Seattle does the same to Peyton he has not seen a defense like Seattle’s. Plus he plays outside in the Global Warming in New Jersey. Go Hawks
Do you see anything thuggish in your own choice of words?
he plays well, but looks like an idiot fawning all over his God given body.
His undergrad degree? Communications. LOL!
This guy had just made the biggest play in the biggest game of the year, and they shove a mic in his face. I can understand his reaction. He didn’t swear or anything. He did go to Stanford and is earning his Masters. Cut him some slack.
Generally you are not too far off the mark. However, in this case you are wrong. He has an MBA from Stanford University. I think Crabtree is the thug.
FYI, I am a Pats fan. So it is not like Seattle is my team and I am making excuses. I thought it was funny in the fact that Erin Andrews had no clue how to handle the situation. She looked genuinely scared for he own safety. My question is WHY do ALL the networks need to have the token BIMBO ON THE SIDELINES?
It’s sad to watch,, one more sport in the gutter.. and they deflated the HumpDome last week too..
Bring back the old days,, ben davidson, ted hendricks, butkus, nietszhke, tatum.. Refs and officials that could see and knew the rules.
I don’t need shrill sidedine reporters and players that are playing a mind game and losing it for all to see.
I don’t care if the guy is All-NFL Pro for the next 10 years, and Yes, he was a sharp fella academically, unfortunately the game lost face fwiw these days, and we won’t go into the officiating.. wow. just wow. The kickers were pretty good at least considering it was a calm day. That’s what really hurt Kaep, he was playing his windage wrong. or sumthin. lol
not to worry,, Nascar is almost ready to roll another gutter ball so don’t sell the ranch yet
As a 49er fan, I was a little disappointed, but not surprised at the loss, and Sherman’s rant came off as asinine, funny, from Erin Andrews’ response, and part of pro football. It’s the next morning. Who cares now what he said? There are some class acts on the Seahawks team, like Russel Wilson. Erin should concentrate on them for future interviews.
The signature touchdown pose involves flexing and kissing the bicep of his right arm. Kaepernick says he kisses his "Faith", "To God The Glory", and Psalm 18:39 tattoos and the reason he does the celebration is because "...it's my way of saying I don't really care what people think about my tattoos" and "God has brought me this far. He has laid out a phenomenal path for me. And I can't do anything but thank Him."
I don’t think that will happen. Seahawks D is just about the best, and, yes, Sherman is that good.
Way too many hits of one kind or another.
Sherman has his hand out to shake Crabtree’s hand. I think there is some overreaction against Sherman.
I just found out the guy actually graduated from Stanford — guess that’s where he learned words like “mediocre” so he can label his opponents.
I can’t wait to see his rants if the Seahawks get the same treatment they got from the refs in Super ‘Bowel’ XL : The Jerome Bettis Memorial Game Show.
