"Smith won one less game with one of the easiest schedules in the league, the Niners had more wins against teams that finished over 500 (4) than the Chiefs had GAMES against teams that finished over 500 (2, of which they won 1). Sorry but there is no world where Smith is a better QB."

I watched the Colts, in person, beat the Chiefs and the Niners and Smith was much, much better of the two. Not even close.

Now you’re talking single games. Colin’s laid a few eggs this season. But he’s a better QB over the whole season, stronger, faster, with a deeper ball and a run threat, he’s just got to work on his consistency. Once he develops accuracy from the pocket he’ll be top 5 in the league, right now he’s top 10, Smith is your basic Trent Dilfer-esque game manager.

OK I just looked up the stats on those games, both players were HORRIBLE. Smith went 16 of 28 for 153 yards 1 INT no TDs and sacked 5 times. Colin went 13 of 27 for 150 yards 1 INT no TDs and sacked 3 times. Looks like a push to me.
