This was about 10 yrs ago. Rugby was just beginning here, I think it was year 3 of the program. Now it’s got a lot of participation, because there’s no spring football in Indiana, so a lot of the football players do rugby in the spring instead of track.
They have also started a girls program which is on a growth curve also.
Good to know. Kids here are into Aussie rules footie, get slammed around a bit, with them it’s no blood no foul. They’re fun to watch.
