The thuggish sounding Cristie had no chance outside RINOville (NE US)anyway. We have been laughing at his ass in Texas since his so called GOP frontrunner status.

Per some articles, up to 4 high admin officials were involved or had knowledge. One of those was Christie's chief-of-staff and two of the others, in addition to political appointees, were lifelong friends of Christies.
For the incident to have involved so many high level officials makes it unlikely that the Mayor did not have knowledge prior to or after the incident.
If the Mayor did not have knowledge, it shows a complete breakdown of authority and the chain of command in the high levels of his administration. In other words, it shows incompetence at the leadership level. Additionally, it shows poor judgment in the appointment of those individuals to such high level positions.
If the Mayor did have knowledge, even if it was nothing more than an affirmative nod to the plan, then he is fully culpable. That include culpability in the death of at least one person as a result of EMT service being impacted.
Either way, this does not look good politically or morally. We already have a thuggish administration in the WH who use intimidation and threats and agencies (IRS, Justice, etc.) to attack enemies, perceived and real. Christie seems to be a similar kind of administrator at a state level. If he did manage to get elected to the presidency, would/should we expect anything less?
