I ordered a pair of shoes from Online Boot Store last week and they haven't shipped them yet but they have charged my credit card. I called customer service today to check on the order. They put me on hold and said I was number 7 in the queue. Then they slowly counted down until I was number 1 in the queue. Then they came on and said: Due to large call volume they couldn't take my call. I emailed them and told them to cancel the order.
They take all orders and then fill them when they get the item in inventory.
I got a 33 round mag for a Glock 26 almost one year after they accepted my order.
Looks like Online Boot Store has not seen the UPS commercial about the company delivering shoes to the happy customer.
Sounds like the government has gotten into the boot business.....
If you want customer service always say you are wanting to buy something and not checking on an order.Works everytime!
Did you order from Bob’s Gun Shop?
That said, beware of TheGlockStore. They will fill your order...eventually.
Their website says it typically takes one to two business days to prepare an item for shipment.
Well, online boot store has pretty crappy reviews..

OK, they lie too.....must be demonrats!
the whole world is messed up
I saw those AFTER I experienced my bout with their customer service department.
Zappos; or nada.
Amazon - best customer service I have experienced and they carry nearly everything.
Not sure what kind of boots you ordered, but I like zappos and 6pm.com. They get your order out fast, and customer service is great.
Admittedly, I am extremely understanding of companies when I’m ordering the week of Christmas, as myself and my family tend to focus more on family, friends and our faith during the holiday season, and it is the break after the rush of Christmas.
I’d say the time to start being worried is not New Year’s Eve, but see if you get the shipped notice by Monday. If not, give their customer service one more shot, and if they can’t help you (or don’t help you), you can easily call your credit card company and get your money back.
But realistically, if you’re ordering on the week of Christmas, I’d urge restraint in getting upset until after New Years is over with.
I currently am having a problem with Fedex delivering a package to my apartment. Not the first time.
Amazon notified me that the item had shipped but the arrival date came and went. I looked at the front entrance and there were 2 Fedex notices stuck on it. (I only come in the back way).
I signed the notice and placed it on a 8 x 11 sheet of paper with big letters asking to deliver it to my apt and taped it on the front entrance. My apt. is located directly above the front entrance.
I showed up today and saw a 3rd and FINAL notice was sticking to my message and on top of the other Fedex notice....arrrgh!
UPS never lets me down. They always drop off the package.
I use Amazon all the time. I have Amazon Prime and they got one package to me 24 hours after I ordered it.
