This was also on the Nuclear Emergency Tracking Center website. (www.netc.com) buried in the news forum/ nuclear news/ urgent news flash. According to Dutchsinse (www.dutchsinse.com) who follows this along with weather modification and earthquake watches, the photo used with this article was from last march, and a video I watched at youtube last night regarding this report has been deleted as of this morning. However, the bigger problem that I see here is that a lot of the EPA radiation site collectors seem either missing or unreliable as per my own research.
