Cracker Barrel is pulling its merch that features Phil.
It’s not just Cracker Barrel making money off of those items. It’s A & E that is making the money if it’s their product.
I was in Walmart today looking at some Duck stuff and the Walmart man was saying it was good to buy them because they’d be collector’s items. A customer responded that it was not good to buy them because they were an A & E product. There it was on the tag, it said A & E.
It was great to see customers nodding their heads in agreement. This was in the gun section so it might have been a skewed sample.
Ain’t going back. You eat there all you like. Free Republic.
Thanks for mentioning that. So you went through that? I chose not to because they want to know too much stuff upfront, like name and address and what-not. Maybe I could have clicked through that, but I usually slam shut windows that ask me for that information.

I feel sorta bad because the last couple of times Jim was out visiting, we took him and his family to a CB. We like the food.

DON’T! Get Duck Commander stuff but DO NOT BUY Duck Dynasty stuff. A&E gets the money from DD! Buying that stuff will only feed the beast!

As someone who wants to buy something with Phil’s face on it I was discriminated against. And so was Phil.

The Duck Dynasty brand is an A & E operation. Duck Commander is the family label.

Same here, if they won’t stand up for decency let them go out of business.
Apparently the stuff in the stores has been put into sale bins.
I don’t know how the profit works out. I don’t know if the DD guys already have been paid, or if they get paid when something sells.
At my closest CB all of the Commander/ Dynasty stuff was in the clearance area at 40 per cent off.
I sent my objections through the Cracker Barrel website and letting them know I had been a loyal customer but no more.
Please take a few minutes and do the same. We have to be as aggressive as the homosexual crowd is.
