Seems that for some intellectuals, proof is whatever you want it to be. Like, someone posts a picture, says it is Ison eating the tail of another comet, and wala, PROOF..
Strange, no one commented when I posted that picture back here..

Inconvenient to point out that tail disconnection events or braided tails happen to comets regularly.
