It’s no secret that Buzz readers have some pretty amazing pets as seen in our Neighborhood Tails column each month. Now you can cast your vote for the 2013 Memorial Buzz Pet of the Year. Voting deadline is midnight, December 31, 2013. Limit of one vote per person. The winner will be announced January 6, 2014 on our website and will receive the following prizes from our sponsors. Leaving a comment would probably add fuel to their fire.

Maybe we start a campaign here to ask people to spread the word to their online contacts to vote for Hairy?

The worst that can happen is that Hairy (obviously the best choice :-) could lose, and I’ll bet he’d be a good sport, even if that happens!

I have spread the word as far as I can. the pet therapy organization that Hairy and I belong to has 350 members, I have asked all of my relatives to spread the word, several people have put him on Facebook, I have asked freepers to vote and spread the word.

I have been thinking of calling or going over to the magazine office tomorrow and telling them they need to find a better way to vote next year.

Voting on several computers and your i phone is cheating but what they are doing is going way beyond that.

I asked if anyone knew how wilson could accumalate over a hundred votes in less than 15 minutes and then asked if the contest was rigged or not.
