Three weeks after the cancellation of their conservative talk show, Jim Quinn and Rose Tennent will make their first public appearance at a holiday fundraiser Friday morning.
The stars of "The War Room with Quinn & Rose" were originally scheduled to do a live broadcast during the event at the Geno Levi Salon near Donaldson's Crossroads in McMurray.
Although it was announced Nov. 18 that they were no longer part of the Clear Channel lineup on WPGB 104.7-FM, Ms. Tennent confirmed in an email that "yes, we are doing the event. That is my pet charity at this time of year."
The event runs from 6 to 9 a.m.

good to see they are still doing stuff like this. I hope they land on their feet.
Quinn is now in his 70’s. I hope he is not considering retirement. We need him!!!
I have to imagine that there are probably contractual things going on right now and hopefully once they clear up they can pop up somewhere else on the radio dial. They had very good ratings and a loyal following so I imagine a number of radio stations would love to have them.
I’d love to see them end up on the Glenn Beck radio network. They could still be on from 6-9 a.m. without conflicting with Glenn’s show.
Me too! I suggested same........
