Anyone who opposes the Affordable Care Act is a subhuman. It is a great law but lying republicans are trying to destroy it. I signed up with no problem on the website. Republicans want to repeal my new insurance. Obama is a hero!
Officer path has better opportunity and pay.
Insanity? You have a definition of Sanity? The gift of defining those words (insanity and sanity) perks my ears to full attention. Might be one of those general terms like lead and lead. One that leads and the other one is in term of metal. Confusion on my part though spelled similarly. I guess sometimes one spends their whole life trying to forget. Thank God, God saw fit to give us a book to reference and a Son to intercede for us.
He will be there in two years ... of this I have no doubt. Nobody will be able to say He did not earn that right should He prove Himself and that is His desire to prove He is worthy and that is / was why I am so impressed with this young Man. He did not have to go the more difficult route but He did.
Possibility, yes.
Other possibility: he ends up being the gunny sergeant somewhere and loves that.
True .... He does want to fly.
Officr path on that one.
In Army, you can be in combat aviation as a warrant officer, then direct commission to officer..etc.
Don’t know if Marines have anything similar.
This young Man did make me proud of Him in speaking with He and His Mother. Was a chance meeting of sorts. I and my Better Half were at the location due to another matter. Group {{HUGS}} were flowing and many handshakes. Lots of tears to be found also where my Better Half and I were. One of God’s children had gone home. I enjoy chance meetings though His Mother was known to me and my Better Half as was the family for which was our actual reason for being where we were. Some sadness and Great Joy.
Life's like that a lot. And may it ever be so.
A Merry Christmas week to all and sundry on this Sunday of the Son's Day. Birthday wishes going out.
Pat should read "The Little Prince" if he hasn't already. It seems short but it is filled with thinking. I still ponder on it.
Merry Christmas Bob to you and yours. May this Season, of the time each of us has left on God’s Earth be full of our Lord’s Son’s Blessings.
Simple Love ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xa6mmkq2tng
Little yellow house sittin' on a hill
That is where he lived
That is where he died
Every Sunday morning
Hear the weeping willows cry
Two children born
A beautiful wife
Four walls and livin's all he needed in life
Always giving, never asking back
I wish I had a simple love like that
I want a simple love like that
Always giving, never askin' back
For when I'm in my final hour lookin' back
I hope I had a simple love like that
My momma was his only little girl
If he'd had the money he'd have given her the world
Sittin' on the front porch together they would sing
Oh how I long to hear that harmony
I want a simple love like that
Always giving never asking back
When I'm in my final hour looking back
I hope I had a simple love like that
I want a simple love like that
Always giving never asking back
When I'm in my final hour looking back
I hope I had a simple love like that
