Anyone who opposes the Affordable Care Act is a subhuman (Why Fry a Turkey when You can Zot Them?)

Anyone who opposes the Affordable Care Act is a subhuman. It is a great law but lying republicans are trying to destroy it. I signed up with no problem on the website. Republicans want to repeal my new insurance. Obama is a hero!

I think it’s the angle.

If you get it, get the back-story. I’ll bet it’s a corker.

I don’t have the money or I probably would. It’s hard to find one in decent shape.

The louvers on cars with that roofline are usually detachable to allow for cleaning the window. If nothing else, they are hinged.

Nice looking vehicle!! I’d drive it!

Whew! Tired. Just wrapped about a dozen packages for our housekeepers’ family....They’re due in about 15 minutes.

If I was a bank I’d loan you the dough. You’re a good risk. But, it’s difficult to get a bank loan for a car that old, even if it’s been restored. It would have to be a signature loan, which means higher interest.

That price is too awesome. I see it’s an Estate sale, so that’s probably why.

There was a time when only eight cylinders would do....

I had an old Nova, and that 350 was such a sweet engine. Not too much, but plenty big enough. There wasn’t a piece on it you couldn’t buy at Checker Auto. My father drove it up into the mountains every day back when he worked for Magma in Superior, AZ. He gave it to me when he was through with it, and I drove it for another 10 years. I think I had 175K on the odometer.

It's getting so I think it would almost be worthwhile to design your own vehicle, and collect the parts to assemble it from various sources.

If you have to spend thirty grand anyway, why not?

But then, there are two things standing in the way of that idea. First off, the Feds wouldn't like what I'd come up with, and secondly, thirty grand probably wouldn't be quite enough ...

Bell on Frank? IIRC, he reached critical mass about six months ago.

Mimi weighed in at 22 pounds, but was mostly leg.
And fur.
She passed on in 1999.
I got Kearen in 2000.
She ballooned out to 26 pounds at her peak.
And became a nose raised diva kitty.
Who would thunder through at her top speed, bowling over everyone in her path.

We went shopping for wine. And bugs.

There was a pretty fawn greyhound at Petsmart. She wanted the owner to buy all the Society Finches and turn them loose for her to chase.

Frank is a genuine threat. It’s not too bad if you keep an ear cocked for the faint mumble of nerdy yammer, but if you get distracted, you’ll end up on the floor.

Furry cannonball. We had a puppy like that. She actually bowled over our Newfoundland when she was at full throttle. (What is “full throttle”? It sounded right, didn’t it?)
