Tressel, Myer, what difference does it make?
As an OSU Alum, I will freely say the Buckeyes
are not a top ten caliber team nor is any other
team in the Big 10. And yes, TOSU should still
be on probation. The Vest did indeed make bold faced
lies to the University and the NCAA.

“THE Ohio State University”

I have seen players emphasis the “THE”. Why?

Also, look for them to really kick butt for a long time as Urban is using same Gray Shirting strategy and scholarship cancelling strategy he used at FL and AL has been using for a long time.

The NCAA needs to do something about their practice of moving lesser players from team scholarship count to school scholarship to increase recruiting each year. Until then you will continue seeing AL and “THE” OSU excel past other schools.

It’s a damn shame you didn’t lose to 6 of the top 13 teams. Our Gamecocks are really feeling that game.

That’s how I read the Winston affair too….but that’s almost separate from how it effects the BCS situation, and Heisman situation, if it sits out there…..with no resolution.

I’m just scratching my head as to how they didn’t beat us by 50...Spurrier must have wanted to take it easy on his alma mater.

I hope South Carolina gets into the title game, hopefully A&M will help.

Congrats to my ASU Sun Devils who beat Oregon, OSU, UCLA, USC, Washington, and Washington State to make the PAC playoff. Loss to Stanford can now be redeemed. Overall they had a pretty tough schedule, with U of A yet to beat.

The refs jobbed Wisconsin in Tempe...

Every team gets jobbed once or twice a season. Get over it.

Not true. The prosecutor has said that he will make the final decision whether or not to charge. I would bet that Jameis is charged within the next week or two. I hope I am wrong, but this entire ordeal could be a sad tale of corruption and cover up. In other words, if this were you or me (i.e. regular Joes), we would have already been charged months ago.

Leading up to last weekend all the hype was on Baylor...which didn’t pass muster on the field against a quality opponent. Computer rankings and subjective voting next season will no longer be the sole criteria for determining a championship game. It will be determined on the field of play.

If Ohio State knocks off MSU in the Big Ten title game then OSU can rightly claim that they are at least the 3rd best team in the nation, should AL and FSU remain unbeaten.

Have AL and FSU been jobbed this year? Thought not...

The authorities need to get off the dime and bring this to a resolution. There is no need to just keep dragging it out with inuendo and rumors. It has been a year and if that isn’t enough time, what is?

Cops and DA’s normally don’t give a damn what else in reality is being dragged out due to their investigations. In a way, that’s a good thing, and yet, it can also be a bad thing, and speaks to the arrogance of this community.

Still cannot understand why Muschamp is getting kid glove treatment from media and some UF boosters....Zook got run out even though he got UF winning at FSU...something Spurrier could not do

Muschamp must have photos of media and UF bigwigs in compromising positions with kids

Bama’s best chance may be for the FSU QB (Wilcox) to be indicted for that Assault allegation and get suspended.

That would actually be a nightmare for Alabama. After beating FSU for the BCS championship, they will have to listen to ACC, Big-10, Pac-12, and Big-12 fans for the next year whine about how BAMA would have lost if Winston hadn't been indicted. At least Notre Dame fans have shut the hell up for the past 12 months.

Looks like BAMA will be facing two #4’s back to back, yet the SEC haters will still be pushing the narrative that Alabama doesn’t play anybody.
