This story claims that the Russians DID claim it was a detonated nuke. Is that true? Have you checked it out?

If Obama is working with world Islamists to destroy America, which world governments would claim to our face that America detonated a nuke in the deep waters of the Atlantic? Exactly what governments are you expecting to say anything if this really happened, and why would they say anything about it?
