Think of every argument that was used to impugn Lt Col Terry Lakin, and Judge Denise Lind’s ruling that obeying the laws which authorize the use of force has nothing to do with the lawfulness of a combat order. Think of Obama’s permission to use drones to kill Americans on American soil with no questions asked.
What US law at this point would Obama violate if he detonated a nuke inside the US? I’m not talking about the Constitution which says that levying war against Americans is treason. We basically have no Constitution at this point because Obama tramples it with impunity every day. What law says that though it’s OK for the POTUS to use a drone to kill Americans on American soil, it is not OK to use a nuke to do the same thing?
We know that laws don’t stop Obama from doing whatever he darn well pleases. But his crooked lawyers have blatantly lied in order to set up a legal argument (For instance, Bob Bauer claiming that the HDOH hasn’t issued copies of long-form BC’s since the mid-80’s. There is 2010 video footage of a gal coming in on a routine visit to the HDOH and being told she’d receive her long-form copy in 2 weeks. Bauer blatantly lied but he knew the only people who would call him on it are those who will be ridiculed as “crazy” by the lemmings in the media). Gradually boiling the frog by getting permission for just a little bit more, and then a little more.... until he has permission to kill Americans on American soil without any means of accountability... is a tell. A good old-fashioned ppoker tell. He let us know exactly what he was preparing to do, and nobody would take him seriously.
Except Terry Lakin, and he spent 6 months in jail for it - convicted by the very US military that you say has balls. Where were their balls when a patriot stepped up and took his oath seriously? They were telling us that everybody in the military has to just shut up and do what they’re told...
Lakin got off easy because that was the early days of this admin before the usurper got “really good at killing people.”
