Quick: someone tell me why Rick has a cross-draw holster when his opposite hand is hurt.

Also, why are they driving Dodge and Hyundais when they should pick up Peterbuilt that could plow through walkers, has a longer range, would double as a safe refuge since the windows are up high, and HAS A CB RADIO which they could use to start some basic communication.

Also, why did they use full auto on the walkers? Seems a bit wasteful of ammo since you need head shots.

Sorry, just annoyed right now.

The answer to all of your questions is that this is a zombie genre show. Zombies are not very threatening, slow, and stupid. In order for them to be a good adversary/monster, it requires the humans to do stupid things when they are perfectly safe, in order to throw themselves back into danger. In a tv show that goes on and on, it gets even more obvious.

The answer is, zombie movies are popular because the audience enjoyment of the film comes not from watching the humans struggle to survive, but because the viewer is always making a mental checklist of how he/she would be doing a whole lot better than the characters.

I got one for you. None of the cars would work because the gasoline, absent a stabilizer, would go bad within 12 months.
It goes bad even quicker with an ethanol blend.
