So why don’t you elaborate and tell us how to make great bread from the wheat we grow or have stored?
Ping to me with that if you will.
I used to make homemade bread all the time and learned a lot the hard way, but haven’t done it much lately. I should get back into it and use the grain I have.
There are electric mills out there that do a good job.
Just having a Corona mill and wheat berries is the equivalent to having some open pollinated seeds stored and thinking you can grow a garden if you've never gardened before. It's not going to happen.
