“So, failing to show due respect to the police is punishable by death without a trial? When will the police be tried for their actions?”

That was retarded. The cops killed the jackass after he had endangered others and wasn’t stopping.

“the driver didn’t start driving like a maniac until the cops turned on their siren.”

Usually people find that a notice to stop and pay attention and not go endangering the lives of others. Seems killing the predator was appropriate.

“I think we had the same dad.”

We at least had old school discipline that probably helped us later in life vs the “meltdown” kids we see today that can’t keep a job.

No, the cops didn’t need to start a chase and put other people’s lives in danger over a stolen vehicle.

Only call the cops if you want them to kill someone and you do not care who they kill, because it might be you.

Not silly. I agree fully.

Why do you think it’s silly?

I think you don’t take things seriously but enjoy your emotions.

So, if your vehicle was hit by another vehicle you would get out and shoot the driver?

Seriously, are you retarded?

If you watch the video, he slammed his truck into the cops on purpose multiple times. When the cop got out of his car, he revved the engine as if was going to ram the cop who was no longer protected by his metal car.

Yes, I would have shot him. And I don't live near Birmingham (thank god! I visited once) but I'd shoot somebody in Birmingham or anywhere else if they tried to run me over on purpose.

You can kumbaya the truck away in that situation.

“No, the cops didn’t need to start a chase “

No, you can’t start something when you are in behind. The lead vehicle starts the chase. The kid did not need to start a chase.

What kind of kid rams a cop car and revs his engine when asked to turn it off? Horrible loss of life, but this kid was destined for what based on this behavior? Did this kid love his weed or other drugs, why this behavior?

You answered it correctly. One who is drunk or drugged.

I believe that the attitude expressed by you is a serious problem. All killings by police officers should be adjudicated. If they acted properly, then they should be honorable acquitted. If not, then appropriate action should follow.

The guy was certainly a jackass. I’m not sure that being a jackass means you have to die.

Where did I saw that a killing by a cops should not be adjudicated? You’re saying things not in evidence. I hope you don’t think you are smart and should be the one adjudicating as you come across as emotional and stupid.

The kid started speeding off before the cop hit his lights and siren.

The time the cop left his car and started firing was probably 2 seconds or less. And no I’m not retarded. But my little brother is (not really but dang). And I sure did hear the truck revving. After the shooting and the driver was already dead. And I still haven’t heard the cops tell him to turn off the truck. Or any kind of warning. And actually, I saw him ram the Police car 1 time. That’s when he backed into one. Looked like to me the cops rammed the truck a couple of times. What it looked like to me was the truck was stopped, probably disabled and the threat was over. It was sure over about 2 seconds later. Oh, and I will compliment the cop about one thing. He shoots a lot better than most.

“Suicide by cop.”

Sounds more like murder by cop to me.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but the video started with the truck stopped at a red light. He didn’t start being a fool until the cops put on their sirens. When he started to run, if the cops had quit chasing him I’m sure things would have turned out differently. He wasn’t armed and dangerous, holding a hostage or having just murdered someone. A stolen vehicle wasn’t worth endangering lives. They knew who he was and where to find him. They could have arrested him later.

Neither did I. Again, you say things not in evidence. Your ability at reading comprehension and logical reasoning is retarded at best. You say thing based on emotion and an inability to control yourself.
