Happy Caturday, FRiends.
I discovered what happened to my get up and go.
After my dentist appt yesterday, it seems that I starting feeling the effects hubby's 'cold' ....
sneezing, coughing, runny nose and sleepy.
I took Cold Eze last night but still feel lousy.

Zycam and large doses* of Vitamin C can cure a cold within a couple of days.
*5-6 grams
I routinely take five grams of Vitamin C daily. It is very good for your overall health in combination with zinc, and it also slows the aging process of your skin.
It has been many years since I had a cold.
That may also be attributed to the fact that you can never get the same cold twice. When you get one, you produce antibodies to it, and you will never get that particular cold again.
There are many, many strains of cold, and the older you are, the more likely it is that you have had any particular strain of cold before, and if so, you are immune to it.
