We couldn’t convince our drummer to go the “E” route. He played real hard and everybody had to crank it up to be heard over him. With all the inovations today, the “E” drums probably feel like the “real” drums of old. And it really makes it super easy to do the mixing board too when they convert. No more vicious loops from the drum mikes.

Well,,,, you have to hit a drum with a certain amount of force to get good tone/sound out of it. But we all got together and told Greg he was going into the cage if he couldn’t turn it down. He hated that idea! He built his own E kit, using the best parts from different companies. Had his own drum monitors. It worked out well. But again, too late for me!
