Too expensive I guess. So far the only away game the full band has gone too was LSU and they spent night in New Orleans and drove into Baton Rouge next morning. Enough to make Momma worry with her baby in New Orleans, thank goodness they go out to eat in very large groups but still didn’t like it. Last year was Memphis overnight then to Ole Miss.

Band is stuck on buses, I think team and cheerleaders get to fly, but pep band flew to College Station this weekend.

My daughter (AUMB Senior this year) tells me that the size of the band for away games is determined by how many seats the host team is willing to let them have.
