Hopping up and down while grunting, waving your hands in a simulated epileptic fit, wearing your pants halfway off, violence and drugs equals culture...
That guy needs his head examined.
It IS “A” culture, but not a good one. One not to be emulated. One not to be considered “equal” in value to Western Culture.
