If there was a dog in the car, it would have been a goner. Looks like all the boys got to put on their tacticool gear and play soldier for a while. We were freer back in the days when the LEO’s looked like bus drivers and holstered a six shot revolver. I say no more buzz cuts and bald heads, no more combat boots, no more BDU’s, no more steroids, no more APCs. Their job is to enforce the law, not to be an occupying army. If we do not reverse this trend, the citizenry will become the zombies in the LEO’s real life Call of Duty game.
The cops initially surrounded the car and were right next to it, so they had to have seen the baby. It doesn’t appear that they really cared if the child, or other bystanders in the area, were hit when they started blasting away.
