Someone in Hollywood should write a screenplay along the lines of Love Story about this beautiful young girl who falls in love with a pedophile and dies after her marriage to him. But emphasizes how happy her parents are that she married well and upheld family honor at the expense of her life.

Female genital mutilation (FGM) is wide spread in Islamic areas. This girl probably had type IV FGM which removes all the labia, clitoris, etc and then the wound is stitched up leaving only a small hole for urine and menses.
