Bolton said today he against this act of war.
He has said on many occasions that the President doesn’t need permission from Congress to start a war. Bolton believes the president can roam the world attacking any country he wants as long as he doesn’t declare war.
No he sounds like he’s against a strike entirely.
With or without Congress.
