There's a story on Yahoo! News about a 7 month old boy who had his name (Messiah) changed by a Judge in Tennessee. It's an AP story.

One wonders how the supreme judge wanna be would have responded to THAT had he had a chance!

There were also two Black kids in my hometown name Collard Green and Turnip Green. Another one in that same family was named Birmingham. Their other 9 children had ordinary names.

Rod Serling was a genius and even back then he foresaw the dangers this country faced which is why he did so many episodes on totalitarian governments and oppression, and here we are 50 years later facing just that.
