After bragging about knowing "her history" and the history of blacks, oops, I mean "african Americans," Oprah goes on to say... 1. Can't use the n word around her because that is the last word that MILLIONS of people heard as they swung from a tree. Really? Millions? 2. Back in the 60s, blacks didn't say "niggah, please," they said "negro, please." Who has ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever heard one black say to another black, "negro, please"?

I’m about a decade younger than wardaddy and ‘negro please’ was used quite frequently between blacks in my 50/50 HS back in the early 80’s. The ‘n’ word was on a list of words guaranteed to get you suspended. In school suspension was no picnic and certainly not worth it to prove any kind of point.
My own grandfather attended a lynching when he was a little boy. The perp was caught red handed by multiple people in the act of raping a 12yr old girl. Messed her up so bad she was never able to have kids. Lynched him in the town square.
Oh yeah. He was white.
It wasn’t so much a political statement as it was vigilante justice. And I’m willing to bet it is NOT included in any official numbers either...
what about the last words blacks heard when one tribal black speared or hacked another tribal black to death?
wonder what words blacks say to their victim when they cap another black today? 93% of blacks are murdered by another black in america.
The black race is 95% totally ignorant of anything logical and rational. They see everything in the prism of black/white. Every thought, every decision that involves both races, they judge it from a racist perspective. They are far more racist than whites. America would never have elected this racist if whites were racists.
Many of the ancestors of the 15 million who had to forcibly leave Africa became better off than those who were left behind.
Ever heard of an African American wanting to go back to “his country” of origin?

Have a very good friend of mine that was stationed in Ft Campbell. Regular, ol’ infantry guy, nothing fancy, but did quite a bit of work/training with the 5th Group while he was there. So, here goes the story:
5th Group team gets sent to Africa(i know 5th Gr covers ME, but they were sent anyway)....all black in an effort to have a better rapport with the locals...didn’t work out that well...the locals hated them....hated blacks from Amercia, period...tribal leader acknowledged that africans played a major role in the slave trade, probably more than any liberal or Sharpton-type would ever want to know/admit...tribal leader stated that the ones that were traded were the ones the tribes didn’t want, the refuse....that report is/was buried...
Take it for what its worth, I guess. You have people like oprah, sharpton, jackson, NBBP, Bobby Rush, Clyburn, Waters, Jackson-Lee, the list goes on and on.
Then you have Sowell, West, Carson, Tim Scott, Mia Love, Arthur Davis, Guillory, and others. It’d be nice to see them be able to reach out to the black community more, but they don’t show up with bags of cash in exchange for votes, so they’re not welcome.

I just finished reading American Betrayal by Diana West. Well worth reading. I recommend it. However, I mention it here because, to me, the takeaway point of the book was, "facts no longer matter." The Martin/Zimmerman event was simply the most recent example of this.
It doesn't matter the topic: racial violence, gun restrictions, the dismal state of American education, and on and on, facts simply no longer matter. As she put it, too may people derive their facts from their theories, instead of deriving their theories from the facts.
