Went through it with 3 boys. Relax. Let them know your concerns and your expectations and if you have a good relationship with them, they will do just fine. You can’t hold their hands forever and they will move forward and hopefully without too many Incidents. There will however always be incidents...good bad and shades of gray. That is life.
