Before that I investigated how to fight contraconstitutional
law
/statutes (usu. state-level) and discovered one thing: it is impossible to challenge them in court without violating them and thereby implicitly acknowledging that statute's authority (IOW, you are forced to argue from a point of weakness: the accused — so that your reasons will sound like a child's

Good post. Beginning with the 17th, the national government has slowly tightened its grip on the private parts of the states.
