Right now, being acquitted is the least of Zimmerman’s worries. If it happens, you can add another miracle to the Bible.
Sport, you are talking about the court of public opinion. Yeah, he’s guklty there. I’ve devoted many hundreds of posts, since April of 2012, to the lunatics of the court of public opinion.
A court of law is different. Even with the judge and prosecution colluding, even the liberal media has no choice to admit that it is going bad for the prosecution - and that is talking to the court of public opinion!
The only way he is found guilty is simple jury tampering. Period.
And I gotta ask, would they rather do the right thing and risk riots, or find him guilty and risk creating a few hundred (or thousand) Timothy McVeighs? The latter doesn’t just burn down their own neighborhood.
Don’t forget that they also have to consider that a lot of info that this judge disallowed would probably have to be included in a future trial. e.g. M’s text messages.

More than one way to skin a cat. Same boat here cept I HAVE a CCW. Walther PPKs stolen years ago and being on fixed income I can barely afford prescriptions much less a weapon right now. Wasp spray gives ya a good 25 feet and by that time my potato cannon will be loaded and a spud fired hard enough to kill a guy. More than one and I am hosed. Been saving for an older 1911 .45. I scavenged web cams and have them situated around the property so I will have advanced warning and hope 911 shows up. Son just moved to Palm Coast, Florida. Take care down there.

There is no doubt in my mind that people will be murdered if Zimmerman is (rightfully) acquitted.
