I think he was conserned about the rebuttal witness the Prestition side may still bring in and the time to cross them and bring in his witnesses to counter them.
The Judge wants to be able to go hang out with the Al & Jesse Show this weekend.
The last I heard Bernie was waiting to see if the witness could come tomorrow and I was guessing he would conveniently not show up.
There is no way that this Judge is going to allow a slew of witnesses in Surrebuttal after what she told the Jury. Therefore , she has to close the door on this witness.
Maybe someone else heard Bernie withdraw the witness but I didn’t
