Why doesn’t MOM ask to throw out the Martin’s testimony then? Weren’t they also in court prior to testifying?

At the beginning, a special rule was made that they could stay in court all the time. Judge wouldn't do that for the Zimmermans. They had to stay out.

I wonder why Tracy Martin, the gansta, is not under scrutiny on the sequestration rule? And the TV coverage makes a mockery of the ‘cannot be in the courtroom to hear testimony by others’.
