I even make all of our bread now. Our food bill has slightly reduced and I know exactly what I’m feeding my family.
One more thing: Do NOT count calories. You’ll go crazy and constantly feel deprived. If you eliminate simple carbs and limit complex carbs the weight will just melt away, and you’ll always feel full thanks to all the protien and fat you are eating. Fat is you friend, FRiend! Just stick with the healthy ones.
