Ancient Egyptian statue has started MOVING sparking fears it has been struck by a 'curse of the Pharaohs'
It sounds like the something from the script of a Hollywood action adventure. But the 'mystery of the moving mummy' - which has seen an Egyptian statue mysteriously start to spin round in a display case - has spooked museum bosses. The 10-inch tall relic, an offering to the Egyptian God Osiris, was found in a mummy's tomb and has been at the Manchester Museum for 80 years.
But in recent weeks, curators have been left scratching their heads after they kept finding it facing the wrong way. They now believe there could be a 'spiritual explanation' for the turning statue.

Sounds like a mystery for Sax Rohmer’s dream detective Moris Klaw and his daughter Isis.
“time-lapse” video? Holy Gumby, Batman, how could that happen?

I Think it’s saying, “That damned Obama screwed up again.”
The mysterious vibration of the air conditioners, trucks driving by, subway/or L-Trains or jack hammers on the sidewalk on the uneven statue base.
Well! That’s a new twist!
It only moves during the daytime. It would be easy to hoax but why?
Where’s Amazing Randi?
Vibration from machinery or air conditioning unit in the building and an uneven, non-perfectly flat base on the statuette. Note that at about 180 degrees it reaches a stable point.
Yikes. You beat me to it. See my post #10. Brilliant minds seem to work in the same direction. At least in this case.
King Tut !
plus the relative vacuum in the case.
A mummy turns in it’s grave. Given the rape of everything by muslims since, what’s the surprise?
A little duct tape will fix that.
I got in the car one day and started hearing an odd buzzing sound and didn’t figure it out till my coffee cup reached the windshield and slid down and spilled.
I set up some kind of resonance when I got in the car causing the cup to walk across the roof.
Yep, great minds. Most people who have had a curio cabinet in the house have probably seen things walk in it.
The night guard is having a good ole time....
The statue appears to move only during the daytime. My guess is the vibrations from the floor from footsteps are affecting the statue. Or not. Good, good, good ...good vibrations. I kinda like the curse angle myself.
I forgot, ever have one of those vibrating football games when you were a kid? Wonder if all those plastic players were evil spirits running around.
