Former "Dancing With the Stars" contestant Bristol Palin is heading back to reality TV. She'll switch places with Joan Rivers on "Celebrity Wife Swap." The 22-year-old single mom and her sister Willow Palin are the latest stars to sign up for the trading-places series. And this time, they're doing double duty as the daughters of Sarah Palin head to Los Angeles to switch lives with comedian Rivers and her daughter Melissa.

Isn’t Bristol a little old to still be indulging in “youthful idiocy”?
We haven’t seen the show, and so far, everything that her daughter has done, has served Bristol’s conservative activism, her shows have all been fine.
We have watched the anti-Palin people here go after Bristol everytime she does something on TV, or when she wrote her book.
Each time we get this vulture like trash talk, and each time it has turned out to be a triumph, which served conservative interests, this is a tiresome pattern.
Why not wait until you condemn, and you can surely quit making things up like the media does, and pretend that Bristol has been some ongoing train wreck, when it is the opposite.
Good. Maybe Joan will learn something.
Somehow you don't come off as the kind of person who is a judge of such things, evidently you don't seem qualified to speak on, or even be interested in her dedicated service to conservatism.
What are they swapping for??? Are they going to look after each other’s dogs and cats??? each other’s plants??? maybe their political views will affect the way they clean the house???
That show has reached the end of its usefulness with this move.
Can I swap my wife for a 21 year old pole dancer that enjoys cleaning litter trays and cleaning pools? Please. :-) A week or two is fine by me. English speaking preferred.
You have big dreams, Norm...
CA....
“That kid is a wonderful kid, a conservative, pro-life, abstinence activist and spokeswoman, with a New York Times best seller.
That makes you look like the idiot.”
Typically, abstinence activists are not out-of-wedlock single mothers. And who is not a New York Slimes best seller these days? Sorry, but how can you defend single mothers who get knocked up and go around whoring for money?
LOL, not the most serious poster are you, and you don’t do very well as a moralist either with that language, nor do you do very well in believing that best sellers are universal.
Here, you can go to her Christian blog and tell her what a whore she is, and how hypocritical her pro-life efforts are.

No. They team them up with a family that is the total opposite. Can’t wait to see Bristol smack some lib family into shape!
You could say that about porn too\
making money is not an end all justification
Rivers detests Palin and has been very critical of her and Bristol.
Joan is pretty crotchety
Must have been pure hell for poor Edgar...once the butt of her jokes
“you can go to her Christian blog and tell her what a whore she is”
I am not going to waste my time pursuing those whom I believe are idiots. They ran wallow in their own filth.
Perhaps she can take the media whoring time and find time to find her kid a nice two-parent home.
As a holier than thou moralist against a moral activist, you really do poorly.
“As a holier than thou moralist against a moral activist, you really do poorly.”
It is not holier than thou at all to be against out-of-wedlock single mothers, especially those who want to continue raising their kid in a single parent environment — worse, trying to cash in the notoriety.
The only reason you are defending her is because she is a daughter of a conservative and is defensive about the whole situation. Let it go.
I defend her because outside of having sex one night with her high school sweetheart at age 17, she has proven to be a jewel, a smart and tough teen and now a 22 year old conservative, who had her baby and who can hold her own against everything that the media (and you, and gay activists) can throw at her.
Bristol turns the media into a medium for her pro-life, inspirational conservative message, she is brilliant in that way, and is an asset to my and freerepublic’s cause.
i think so.
