I had a cat that got into a recliner, fell asleep and was nearly squished when the relcliner was no longer reclining. He never went near the thing after that!!

It was 109 yesterday, and a predicted 112 today. Tomorrow will be about 117, except at the track, where the asphalt will be close to 180. Wear thick-soled shoes and lots of sunscreen, and try not to race until after the sun goes down.

Drinks lots of water and Gatorade, or something else with electrolytes to keep your heart beating properly, and wear a large hat. A neck cooler scarf will help!
