self-ping to check on later
I wish I had a penny for every hour I worked in pain and kept on going.
Not a surprise. Los of folks in WV on disability aren’t disabled. Fifteen years ago I asked a kid what he wanted to do after high school. He replied, “I’m going to get on disability.” It’s generational in WV.
I expected Louisiana to be on that list. Surprises me.
Here in ND I’ve heard there are more job openings than there are unemployed. Many of the jobs start out well over $20 per hour.
When we go to Minot, I always see pan handlers with signs wanting handouts. The homeless shelters are over flowing.
30 years ago I never heard of a homeless shelter, there were no pan handlers up here.
It’s a sign of the times, of our cultural decay. The “gimme-gimme-wanna-wanna-now-now” crowd is taking over as well as taking anything that’s free.
It’s sickening.
I knew West Virginia would be #1.
Half that state is on some kind of disability or unemployment or benefits program. Eastern Kentucky is much the same. Physically (as in natural elements), they are beautiful states. But, my God! do they have their hands out for freebies.
Pretty much a list of the top ten most obese states. No wonder so many people have back pain.
