They eat gator and have for generations, the skins are sold for making clothing, belts boots etc...all put to good use. I love to see judgmental people dropped off in the swamp with some fishing line a knife a pack of ciggys and some matches and see if they come out alive. Every one of those things can help you survive but city folks would toss them away as useless.....the ciggy is for after you build a shelter before the storm and want to relax....LOL
