But drone IR data might locate grass patches. Just think of the ramifications of that amongst the Academented.
at least it’s not spying on icebergs with CIA satellites to monitor “global warming”.

Given the areas to be searched it can be argued that narrowing down the trails on which to put cameras is an effective strategy.
Justifying the cost is not going to be an easy task however
