What, I rather we send him back to mommy dearest he is not a US citizen we owe him nothing
no one claimed his body, so it was cremated and given to his lawyer, who scattered the ashes at an undisclosed location.
Cremated, Ashes scattered.
Specifically: Some ashes were given to his parents.

Only qualified people can be buried at Arlington or any National cemetery.
A veterans ability is not transferable to anyone else even a son or brother............
Exactly. This is silly. The guy's not going to be buried at Arlington for chrissakes.
I agree with Professor Vicki. We need to bury both brothers, their co-conspirators, and every other terrorist in the world, as soon as possible. Let's get the special forces command working on that as a priority. But Arlington? What's wrong with a local pig farm?
No that would cause permanent damage to the water table. ; )
Send Speed Bump back to Russia. I trust the Spetsnaz to do the right thing.

The only way Tsarnaev will see the inside of Arlington is if they turn him into fertilizer.
May is sinkhole month in Florida. That couldn’t be timed better.
Guess she doesn’t know what they did with the remains they found of the 9-11 hijackers. Last time I checked they were in little bags marked “evidence” and stored along with the rest of the evidence.
