You are so right. As long as we're alive, there's still hope.

We really need a cancer warriors ping list (if there isn't one) because there are so many people here who have fought it or are fighting it now. They may have more advice for you.

In the meantime, here's my humble opinion: First, go for the conventional treatment. I don't know what the doctors will offer to do in this case - probably more chemotherapy.

However, sometimes, if a patient is too weak, doctors will refuse to give chemo if they think it will do more harm than good. If the doctors refuse to give her chemo, remember to ask them about clinical trials.

In the meantime, maybe you could consider holistic/alternative treatment. Some holistic/alternative treatments that cancer patients have been trying recently are:

Vitamin D3

Intravenous Vitamin C

Other supplements supposed to help fight cancer

Cutting all sugar from diet and drinking fresh vegetable juices

I wish I had more suggestions to give. Hopefully, someone out there will see this thread and give more suggestions.
