Very true! When I lived in Germany and had three flights of stairs to climb to and from our house, I was in way better shape than now...even though I’m not overweight now. My legs were very muscular in all the right places....not to mention my lung capacity.
The ancient Greeks, as you will recall, regarded the sphere as a perfect shape...
