Just a day earlier, the entire Senate had approved SB-5802, which sets aside $250,000 to form a task force that would explore ways reduce CO2 emissions in the atmosphere based on the belief that CO2 depletes the ozone layer and causes global warming. The House had approved a companion bill the previous week and Gov. Jay Inslee is expected to sign it into law.

I guess I didn’t get that far in the article. The video was so excellent I didn’t bother to read the whole thing. No doubt the gov signed it. But...if they had any smarts they could rescind.
