So I was outside minding my own business (well, actually I was changing a thermostat in a product from Fuji Heavy Industries)and while pouring some off-colour water in a hole in the top of an elongated finned thing and I happened to glance at the sky..>

Dark. Rumbling. Spitting wet stuff...

Managed to get everything put under cover (which is not the same thing as 'put away'...) before the heart of the thunderous deluge hit...

Noted on the radar image from the weather service that claims erroneously to be accurate that there is another line advancing our direction with an eta three hours hence.

So much for a quiet evening ;-)

‘Face is still in Memphis, as of now, but says they’re boarding (again). That would put them here before 10:00. I won’t have to take a lot of children to the airport then!

We took Tom to “youth leadership social,” and I’ll phone Bill to pick him up at 8:30.
